Copycat Olive Garden Breadsticks

I’m not sure if this is really a secret or not. Let me pretend that I’m the first person to ever tell you this anyway. You can make breadsticks that taste just like your favorite unlimited basket at the Olive Garden. It’s true. And, it is not hard. Really, it is too easy. Cause, I love love love the Olive Garden’s breadsticks. And now I can make them at home. Which I’ve done three times in the past week. Bad. Very bad.

Marvelous Minestrone

Whenever I’m feeling particularly lazy, I make soup. Dinner can not get easier. Dump it all in a pot, let it simmer away doing all the hard work for you. Serve with some nice crusty rolls or some knockoff Olive Garden bread sticks (you know it’s just butter and garlic salt on those things right?). Mmmmmm delicious. Minestrone is one of my favorite soups because it’s so stinkin’ hearty and full of yummy veggies. This minestrone is not only mouth-watering, it’s also waist friendly. Stuffed Mushrooms

Oh how I love mushrooms. One of my favorite appetizers is the stuffed mushrooms at Olive Garden. I know that all the cheese, butter, cheese and breadcrumbs takes away from the nutritional value of the shrooms, but I don’t care. Mmmmmm delicious. Tomorrow we’re having an all day Star Wars Marathon with our small group for my hubby’s birthday. I made up a batch of these babies for the occasion – bonus, this recipe can be made ahead so all you have to do during your event is pop them in the oven!
