Spanish Soliciting

I just got a phone call that went like this:

Me: Hello?

Caller: Hello, my name is Rosa, I’m calling from data (insert word I couldn’t understand here). Is there someone who speaks Spanish I could talk to?

Me: NO.

Rosa: Not at this time? Or not at all.

Me: Not at all.

Rosa: Ok, thank you very much for your time.

It was only after I hung up very confused that I realized I should have responded in Spanish to her…
“Una más cerveza , por favor. Muchas gracias”
